Kadıoğlu NANO Weed Spraying Device is a weed spraying (herbicide) device that can be easily mounted on all spraying tanks. It is possible to apply herbicide with a working width of 2.5 - 10 meters with Nano. NANO Weed Spraying Device, which is used with a pump pressure of 2 - 5 bar, sprays the drug without dusting. The drug falls like a very fine rain and is distributed homogeneously. Specially produced nozzles prevent flying by cutting fine droplets. In this way, it is possible to spray without contacting the tree leaves. The weed spraying device, which is used especially in areas where all perennial plants grow, such as olive groves, orchards, walnut groves, etc., is also preferred in pre-planting herbicide applications in field crops.

Average consumption when spraying at 4 bar pressure and 6 km/h speed: If the herbicide is applied at a width of 8 meters and a speed of 6 km/h, an average of 137 liters of water is consumed per 10 acres. If the herbicide is applied at a width of 10 meters and a speed of 6 km/h, an average of 210 liters of water is consumed per 10 acres. (You can reach the most accurate spray amount by testing it with your own tank. You can calculate the spray water ratio you deem appropriate by measuring the amount of loss in the tank according to the distance you move with the tractor.)

Usage Recommendations:

1. Nano Weed Spraying Apparatus has a 4mm diameter outlet nozzle. In addition to the 4mm nozzle, a 2mm nozzle insert is included in the package.
2. You can use the Nano Weed Spraying Apparatus at different pressures such as 3-4-5 bar depending on your preferred spraying width. It will reach the maximum spraying distance at 5 bar pressure. Water sprayed at pressures above 5 bars may start to dust and fly.
3. The amount of water to be spread over the acre should be balanced with the tractor speed in addition to the spray pressure. If the amount of water thrown over the acre at the preferred pressure and preferred tractor speed is more than you expect, we recommend that you install the 2 mm inner steel nozzles provided in the box. The amount of pesticide to be spread over the acre should be provided by adjusting the pesticide/water ratio in the tank, as in all other pesticide applications, in addition to water consumption preferences.
4. Some old type sprayers do not have pressure adjustment. Spraying pressure will increase as the tractor gas increases. In such sprayers, an additional piece such as a pressure regulator should be installed between the Nano Weed Spraying Device and Spraying Tank Pump to fix the maximum pressure that the device will reach.
