Speidel balloon presses are used to obtain high quality, aromatic fruit or grape juice. Compared to traditional piston or mechanical presses, the processing speed and success are surprisingly high. The world's highest quality wine, fruit juice, vinegar etc. production facilities use the balloon compression method due to its aroma quality and pressing success. In Speidel Balloon Presses, compression is done from the center outwards. In this way, the fruit cannot overlap and form a "block" and a very fast and highly successful pressing is ensured.

For the most ideal fruit pressing result, Speidel Fruit Grinder or Grifo Grape Stem Removal and Granulation Machines should be used in grape pressing.

Usage:

  • When the balloon elastic is deflated, first the special net is filled with it, then grapes and fruit pieces.
  • The mechanism is closed and locked with the lid.
  • The water hose is connected from the bottom of the mechanism and the water is turned on. (It is a system that works with mains water.)
  • The rubber balloon, which starts to inflate as it fills with water, compresses the fruit pieces and the juice is discharged from the perforated stainless steel discharge mouth.
  • The resulting water is discharged into a container with the help of the discharge valve.

Since the fruits are exposed to pressure at an angle of 360 degrees, the pressing process takes a very short time and the squeezing process is carried out with high success.
