Kadıoğlu MX25E Electrically Heated Deck Walnut Dryer

Kadıoğlu MX25E Model Nut Drying Machine has a multi-layered structure inside. Heaters and fan system in MX25P Model operate with 380V industrial electricity.

Working Principle:

The machine has a multi-layered structure inside. Each layer takes a certain amount of crop. The crop is loaded from the top of the machine with the help of a conveyor belt and the heater and fan are operated. First, the crop on the bottom layer, which comes into contact with dry air, dries. When the crop on the bottom layer dries, this layer is evacuated and the crops remaining on the upper layers are taken to the lower floor one layer at a time. New crops are loaded onto the emptied top layer again with a conveyor belt. Crop transition between layers is easily done thanks to pneumatically opened and closed covers.

Advantages:

• Since it has a multi-layered structure, heated high-pressure air comes into contact with the crop in high tonnage. In this way, it helps drying with low energy consumption.
• Since it has a high structure, it takes up very little space on the horizontal plane according to the tonnage it dries.
• The top floor has a mixer. In this way, the humid air rising from the lower floors is easily removed from the machine.
• In the pellet heated model, in addition to pellets, drying can also be done with granulated fuel such as hazelnut shells and walnut shells but not pelleted.
• Each floor is mixed during the transition between floors. In this way, there is no need to mix each floor.

Work volume and duration:

The 3-storey structure has a work volume of 25000 Liters. The 3-storey MX25P Model dries an average of 8000-10000 kg of walnuts in a single go. Excluding the initial drying of the first floor, it dries 2500-3000 kg of walnuts in 15-20 hours. (Walnut internal humidity rate may vary due to external humidity rate etc.)
