Kadıoğlu NANO XN1 EXTRA Boom Extension Nozzles are used to increase the spraying width of existing poultry spraying machines. Specially produced nozzles that provide fuel savings and reduce wheel tracks pay for themselves in a very short time. NANO XN1 Nozzles, all parts of which can be replaced separately, do not produce micro droplets that will cause flying. The sprayed water falls like a fine rain. It is suitable for use at a maximum speed of 16 km/h. Pattern shifts may occur at higher speeds.

It is quite easy to install on all brands and models of poultry spraying machines. The working pressure of the nozzle is between 2-5 bar. Nano EXTRA XN1 Nozzles are delivered as a set with a water regulator.

Spray distance adjustment is provided by pressure. In addition to this setting, distance adjustment is possible by connecting with up-down angle adjustment up to 18 degrees.

Only Nano Extra XN1 Boom Extension Nozzle provides a low deviation spraying area between 4 and 6 meters in the range of 2 - 5 bar. An additional distance of 8 - 12 meters can be thrown for 2 nozzles. (A total area of ​​20-22 meters can be sprayed with a 12-meter winged spraying machine arm.)
