Kadmec Herba Weed Spraying Device

Kadmec Herba Weed Spraying Attachment is a herbicide (weed killer) attachment that can be easily mounted on all spraying tanks. In addition to herbicide applications, it can be used for plant protection products, foliar fertilizers, and similar applications. With Herba, it is possible to apply weed killer with a working width of 2.5 - 10 meters. The Herba Weed Spraying Attachment, used with a pump pressure of 2 - 5 bars, sprays the herbicide without dusting. The herbicide descends like a very fine rain and disperses homogeneously. Specially produced nozzles cut fine particles to prevent drifting. Thus, it is possible to spray without contacting the leaves of trees.
The weed spraying attachment, especially used in olive groves, orchards, walnut groves, and all areas where perennial plants grow, is also preferred for pre-planting herbicide applications in field crops.

Average consumption when spraying at 4 bar pressure and 6 km/h speed:

8 meters width herbicide is applied, spraying at 6 km/h speed consumes an average of 137 liters of water in 10 decares.
10 meters width herbicide is applied, spraying at 6 km/h speed consumes an average of 210 liters of water in 10 decares.
(You can achieve the most accurate dosage by testing with your own tank. You can calculate the appropriate herbicide-to-water ratio by measuring the decrease in the tank according to the distance traveled with the tractor.)

Usage Recommendations:

1. Herba Weed Spraying Attachments have a 4mm diameter outlet nozzle. In addition to the 4mm nozzle, a 2mm internal nozzle is included in the package.
2. You can use the Herba Weed Spraying Attachment at different pressures such as 3-4-5 bars depending on your preferred spray width. At 5 bar pressure, it will reach the maximum spray distance. At pressures above 5 bars, the sprayed water may start to dust and drift.
3. The amount of water spread per decare should be balanced with the tractor speed in addition to the spraying pressure. If the amount of water sprayed per decare at the preferred pressure and tractor speed is more than expected, we recommend installing the 2mm internal steel nozzles included in the package. The amount of herbicide spread per decare should be adjusted by setting the herbicide/water ratio in the tank, in addition to the water consumption preferences, as in all other spraying applications.
4. Some older types of spraying machines do not have a pressure setting. As the tractor's throttle increases, the spray pressure will increase. In such spraying machines, an additional part such as a pressure regulator should be installed between the Herba Weed Spraying Attachment and the Spraying Tank Pump to stabilize the maximum pressure that the attachment can reach.
