Kadıoğlu MX20P Pellet Heated Deck Walnut Drying Machine

Kadıoğlu MX20P Model Nut Drying Machine has a multi-layered structure inside. Hazelnut shell, walnut shell or pellet fuel is used as heating fuel in MX20P Model. The machine is suitable for drying walnut, hazelnut, almond etc. shelled products.

Working Principle:

The machine has a multi-layered structure inside. Each floor holds a certain amount of product. The product is loaded from the top of the machine with the help of a conveyor belt and the heater and fan are operated. First, the product on the bottom floor, which comes into contact with dry air, dries. When the product on the bottom floor dries, this floor is evacuated and the products remaining on the upper floors are taken to the lower floor one by one. New product is loaded to the emptied top floor again with a conveyor belt. Product transition between the floors is easily done thanks to pneumatically automatically opening and closing covers.

Advantages:

• Since it has a multi-layered structure, the heated high-pressure air contacts the product at high tonnage. In this way, it helps drying with low energy consumption.
• Since it has a high structure, it takes up very little space on the horizontal plane according to the tonnage it dries.
• The top floor has a mixer. In this way, the humid air rising from the lower floors is easily removed from the machine.
• In the pellet heated model, in addition to pellets, drying can also be done with granulated fuel such as hazelnut shells and walnut shells but not pelleted.
• Each floor is mixed during the transition between floors. In this way, there is no need to mix each floor.

Work volume and duration:

The 3-storey structure has a work volume of 9500 Liters. The 3-storey MX20P Model dries an average of 3000-4500 kg of walnuts in a single go. Excluding the initial drying of the first layer, it dries 1000-1500 kg of walnuts in 15-20 hours. (It may change due to reasons such as internal humidity rate of walnut, external humidity rate etc.)
