In Speidel Balloon Presses, compression is made from the center outward. In this way, the fruit cannot overlap and form a "block" and very fast and highly successful pressing is provided.

For the most ideal fruit squeezing result, a Speidel Fruit Grinder or Grifo Grape Stem Removal and Granulation Machines should be used for grape pressing.
Usage:
- While the balloon rubber is deflated, first the special net is filled, then grapes and fruit pieces.
- The mechanism is closed and locked with the lid.
- The water hose is connected from the bottom of the mechanism and the water is turned on. (It is a system that works with mains water.)
- The rubber balloon, which starts to inflate as the water fills, compresses the fruit pieces and the fruit juice is discharged from the perforated stainless steel discharge.
- The water that comes out is poured into a container with the help of the discharge valve.
Since the fruits are exposed to pressure at an angle of 360 degrees, pressing takes a very short time and the squeezing is achieved with high success.
