Speidel 22690 20 Liter Balloon Fruit Press (Hydropress)

Speidel balloon presses are used to obtain high quality, aroma-free fruit or grape juice. The process speed and success are surprisingly high compared to traditional piston or mechanical presses. The world's highest quality wine, fruit juice, vinegar etc. production facilities have begun to expand aroma quality and tightly regular balloon compression. Correct compression is achieved in Speidel Balloon Presses. In this way, the fruits do not overlap and form "blocks" and squeezing is achieved quite quickly and with high success.

Usage:

  • While the balloon rubber is deflated, first the special file, then grapes and fruit pieces are filled.
  • The lid and mechanism are closed and locked.
  • Connect the lower part of the water hose mechanism and turn on the water. (It is a system that works with mains water.)
  • As the water fills, the rubber balloon starts to inflate, compressing the fruit pieces and the juice is discharged from the perforated stainless steel drain.
  • The outlet water is discharged into a container through the discharge valve.

Pressing takes a very short time and is carried out tightly with high success, as the fruits are exposed to pressure at a 360-degree angle.
